*suddenly his head snaps up.*Aaaah, idea, idea!Okay, now. *puts his hands out to stabilize himself.* Alright now, this is gonna sound crazy. But you know how Thor needs that bifrost thing in order to go home? It acts sort of like a teleporter, right? That’s being worked on, right? I mean, that was being worked on even before Fury disappeared?
Well, I mean, what if- If we get that working and then, as soon as Fury pops out of the nexus, we use that to beam him away like on Star Trek or something and, okay, maybe it would be easier to just build a teleporter and even that sounds ridiculously complicated because there are a whole bunch of scientific laws to take into account but this group has done the impossible before but that’s besides the point because the bifrost would be a two-birds-with-one-stone sort of deal and- oh god I’ll shut up now, I’m just rambling, *throws hands in the air.* this is all crazy, I’m sorry!
*half smiles, shrugs and makes a swooping motion with his hands* I was thinking more along the lines of having Tony fly in fast and pick up Fury and get out before Sallis could reach him.
From what I know, the bifrost was broken around the time Thor first appeared, and from a place where we are unable to be of any help with it. We’re essentially cut off from it and even knowing how far along they are in repairing it. Sorry, Peter.
Oh.
Yeah, that could work, too.
But *waves his hand and half shrugs* it’s a moot point until we figure out the rest of this. Accessing the nexus and properly tracing Fury to whatever reality he is in is the biggest problem. Aaaand…I have nothing to help with that at this point.
Between this, *twitches and frowns* my distinct impression that Pym will end up repeating a mistake on the level of Ultron in the future, and that mysterious message, there really isn’t a shortage of problems…just solutions. At least for now.
*nods solemnly. Then scoffs.*
I’ll be honest, you just made things sound incredibly bleak.
*takes a moment to think.*
Okay, yeah, we’ve kind of got a lot of problems to contend with right now, but…we’ve just gotta deal with everything one at a time, you know? Not let it overwhelm us. Looking at it like that might not….. I mean, it’s realistic. There are all these things going against us. But we’ve got a lot of stuff working for us, too. Like I said, this is a group of people who’ve done the impossible. On, might I add, multiple occasions. I mean, every single one of you, you’re all…*searching for the word, waving his hands about.* amazing. I mean you’re all fantastic. You really are. If there’s one group of people who could solve these issues, it’s you guys. You’ve got the brain, the brawn, and everything in between. And even though we don’t necessarily trust them, we’ve got S.H.I.E.L.D. too, which is also kind of extraordinary. And even if we don’t have the entire organization backing us, we have Agents Romanoff, Barton, Coulson, and Hill. We have Hill, right? I don’t think I’ve met her. Either way, my point is? For all the problems we have working against us…we’re a pretty incredible force to be reckoned with.
*smiles and spreads his hands.*
We got this.

*laughs* Strange is accurate. It’s shocking but…it’s nice to have one strange thing turn out to be the good kind. Anyway...
